We have many small and large archives from WWII in the National Archives. Often it is difficult to know what kind of documentation you can find in the different archives, and therefore we have made thematic entries to the archives.

Each of the themes contain between five and ten articles and some photographs or illustrations. In addition, there are several links to other internet resources and to relevant articles in Arkivportalen. This should make it possible to find the most central archives from WWII.

In the future, there will be similar entries to the following themes: the attack on Norway, Nasjonal Samling, the state government in Norway, the Germans in Norway, the resistance and the post-war trials.
